Case Manager
Your Case Manager will serve as your primary guide throughout your surrogacy journey, offering consistent, compassionate support from the moment you join our program through the birth of your Intended Parents’ baby. She is the person you will speak with most often, but she is also part of a deeply committed team that stands behind you every step of the way.
Your Case Manager will be your cheerleader, celebrating your milestones; your confidant, offering a safe space for questions or concerns; and your trusted expert, helping you navigate each stage with confidence and ease. She will coordinate communication with your fertility clinic, attorneys, insurance providers, and Intended Parents—ensuring everyone remains aligned and informed. She will help you understand what appointments are coming up, handle scheduling reminders, and make sure you always know what to expect next.
Beyond logistics, she will support you emotionally—encouraging you on the hard days, celebrating the meaningful moments, and making sure you never feel alone in this journey.
